Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Servinza ("we", "us") collects when you use templates.servinza.dev (the "Site"), how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. What data we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter, create an account, or purchase a template.
• Account data — name and email, if you create an account to track purchases and downloads.
• Purchase records — which template you bought, the amount, and the date. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy — we never see, touch, or store your card data.
• Location data — a coarse, IP-derived country/city, used to personalize demo content and for rate-limiting/fraud prevention. We don't collect precise GPS location.
• Analytics data — standard usage data (page views, clicks) collected via Google Analytics.

2. How we use your data

• To operate the Site — login sessions, order history, and template downloads.
• To personalize content — e.g. location-aware demo content.
• To improve the Site — aggregate analytics on what people use and find useful.
• To communicate with you — order confirmations, and optional template-update emails if you've subscribed.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run the Site, and share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and handles all card data and payment compliance directly.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics.
• Vercel — hosting and coarse geo-IP lookup.
• ipinfo.io — IP-to-location lookups for the personalization described above.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms.
• Google AdSense — if you're shown an ad on the Site, AdSense may use its own cookies for ad personalization. This is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy for that piece specifically — we don't control how AdSense personalizes ads.

4. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies: a session cookie for login, a theme-preference cookie, and analytics/ad cookies from Google Analytics and AdSense where applicable. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. Your rights

• You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us via the contact link below.
• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time, using the unsubscribe link in that email.

6. Data retention

We retain purchase records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
