Terms of Service

By using templates.servinza.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Description of service

Servinza provides website/frontend templates, some free and some paid, for use in your own personal or commercial projects. The exact license you receive depends on whether the template is free or paid — see Section 5 (License) below.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate information. Please keep to one account per person or business entity.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't resell or redistribute a template's source code as a competing product or template marketplace.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the purchase gating on paid templates.
• Don't scrape the Site in an abusive or automated way.

4. Intellectual property

Servinza retains ownership of the template designs and code. Using a free template, or purchasing a paid one, grants you the license described below — it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

5. License

Free templates — free to use in unlimited personal and commercial projects. Attribution isn't required (though it's appreciated). Redistributing or reselling the raw template as a competing product isn't permitted.

Paid templates — each purchase grants a single-project commercial-use license: one purchase covers using the template in one end product or client project. Using the same purchased template across multiple unrelated client projects requires either an extended license (a future pricing tier, not yet available) or a separate purchase. This is the standard, per-end-product licensing model most template marketplaces use, and is the baseline any future licensing tiers will extend from.

6. Payment terms

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles applicable taxes/VAT as part of that role.

7. Limitation of liability

Templates are provided "as-is." Servinza isn't liable for how a template is used, deployed, or modified after purchase or download, and doesn't guarantee uptime or support beyond what's explicitly offered.

8. Termination

Servinza may suspend or terminate an account found violating the acceptable-use terms above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Servinza is based.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes to this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
