Free templates
Not applicable — free templates involve no payment, so there's nothing to refund.
Paid templates — 7-day refund window
Paid templates come with a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds are considered case-by-case for legitimate issues — for example, the template being materially different from its live demo, broken code, or an accidental duplicate purchase. Requests made simply after deciding not to use the template, once it's already been downloaded and used extensively, are handled at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us via servinza.dev/#contact with your order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
What's not covered
Custom development work commissioned separately — for example, if you convert into a full custom-build client through our lead-gen funnel — is covered by that engagement's own separate agreement, not by this template refund policy.
