A premium, animation-rich multi-page real estate template — property listings, a masonry gallery with a custom lightbox, and a command-palette style property search, all fully responsive.
View Live DemoServinza Estate is a full multi-page real estate agency showcase, not a single scrolling page — it ships with a home, a listings index, individual listing detail pages, a photo gallery, an about page, and a contact page, all sharing one cohesive dark, editorial visual system with warm gold accents. The home page opens with a full-bleed hero over property photography, followed by a horizontal-scroll featured listings carousel that lets visitors browse standout properties without leaving the top of the page. Below that, alternating left/right feature sections walk through what makes the agency different, punctuated by animated stat counters that count up into view as you scroll — total sales volume, properties sold, years in business, and similar figures that give the page real credibility rather than static numbers. The gallery page is where the template shows off most: a masonry-grid layout of property and architecture photography that opens into a custom-built lightbox using a shared-element transition, so the thumbnail visually expands into the full-size image instead of just popping open a modal. Property search is handled through a ⌘K-style command palette — press Cmd/Ctrl+K anywhere on the site (or tap the search bar) and a live-filtering overlay appears, letting visitors search listings by name, location, or property type without a page reload. Navigating between routes triggers animated page transitions rather than hard cuts, and the whole experience is built on Lenis for smooth, physics-based scrolling and GSAP alongside Framer Motion for the more elaborate scroll-triggered and shared-element animations. Importantly, the entire template is fully static — there's no backend, database, or API calls required to run it. Listing data lives in a typed local file, property filtering happens entirely client-side, and the contact page includes a fully styled contact form with validation states, though it doesn't submit anywhere by default. That makes it trivial to deploy to Vercel, Netlify, or any static host with zero configuration. Who it's for: real estate agents and brokerages, property developers, boutique agencies, or really any business that wants a highly visual, animation-forward showcase site and doesn't need e-commerce or booking logic baked in from day one. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP, and Lenis. Use it free as-is, or ask Servinza to connect it to a real listings feed or CRM, wire up the contact form to a real inbox, and customize the branding into something fully your own.
This template is fully static, so you can have your own branded version live in well under an hour.
Grab the source from the template's repo, or download the exported files from your Servinza account. Run `npm install` to pull in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, GSAP, and Lenis.
Open `lib/properties.ts` and swap the sample listings for your own — names, locations, prices, specs, and photo references. The listings index, detail pages, featured carousel, and command-palette search all pull from this one file.
Replace the placeholder property and gallery images with your own high-resolution photos, keeping similar aspect ratios so the masonry gallery and lightbox transitions stay visually consistent.
The contact page ships with a styled, validated form that doesn't submit anywhere. Wire it up to a form-handling service like Formspree or Resend, or ask Servinza to connect it to your inbox or CRM.
Adjust the Tailwind config and CSS variables to swap the default dark palette and gold accent for your own brand colors, and update the typography if you want a different editorial feel.
Edit the about and contact pages with your real agency name, bio, stats, and contact details so the animated stat counters and copy reflect your actual business rather than sample data.
Push to a GitHub repo and import it into Vercel for a one-click deploy, or run `npm run build` and host the static output anywhere. No environment variables or backend setup are required.
See the live demo →No — it's fully static. Listings live in a local, typed data file and all filtering/search happens client-side, so it deploys to any static host with zero backend setup.
Yes. Edit the listings data file with your own properties, photos, prices, and details — the listings index, detail pages, carousel, and search all read from that same source.
The form is fully designed and validated, but it doesn't submit anywhere by default. Connect it to a form-handling service (or ask Servinza to wire it to your inbox or CRM) to make it live.
Yes — Servinza can build a custom version with a real listings feed, lead capture into your CRM, scheduling for viewings, and authenticated agent accounts.
Yes, it's free to use as-is for your own real estate or property business. We built it as a showcase of what Servinza can deliver for clients in this space.
Lenis handles smooth scrolling, GSAP and Framer Motion drive the scroll-triggered and shared-element animations, and the ⌘K property search is a live-filtering command palette built entirely client-side.
